TERMS OF SERVICE:

The purchaser confirms that purchaser has adequate housing and resources to care for the reptile being purchased/acquired will humanely keep this animal using proper husbandry. Purchaser also agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the ownership and transportation of this animal in any area in which the purchaser currently resides, or may reside in the future. Purchaser has researched and confirms that purchaser will not be breaking any city, county, state, or federal laws by purchasing this animal and taking it home.  If payment is completed and, prior to shipment, it is discovered that the animal is not permitted in purchaser’s area, the animal will not be shipped and a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will be applied. Further, should purchaser no longer be able to adequately care for the animal, purchaser will do what is best for the animal’s safety and well-being by finding an appropriate new home. The animal will be housed responsibly in caging designed for reptiles which is constructed of material that securely and effectively contains the animal. Never will the animal be released from human care (i.e. into the wild). Purchaser agrees to hold Reptile Revolt and any agents and representatives of Reptile Revolt free of any liability arising from the ownership of the purchased/acquired animal and agrees to always engage in and promote responsible reptile ownership

ANIMAL RETURN POLICY:

All animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, healthy, and accurately match any description and/or pictures sent to customer prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon. We do not guarantee animal temperament unless otherwise specified and do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, don’t want to wait for safe shipping conditions, can’t complete your payment plan (if authorized), etc. All sales are final and non-refundable. At times, store credit can be offered but this should not be expected. Every reasonable effort is made to offer and or provide husbandry assistance in the form of recommendations and or suggestions. Any species sold is considered to be in good health and capable of safe transit via FedEx Next Day delivery. Once in the hands of the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS), Reptile Revolt, LLC is no longer responsible for the health, condition, or timely delivery of the purchased species.

ZEN HABITAT RETURN POLICY:

If your product or any individual parts are damaged or there are any other issues with your products upon delivery, please email Zen Habitats directly at support@zenhabitats.com so they can resolve your issue.

ANIMAL SHIPPING:

All monitors are shipped in accordance with industry standards. Each package/shipment containing live animals is done so using a styrofoam insulated box with appropriate heat/cool packs and a cryopak to stabilize the box's internal temperature. Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 2 hours of receipt of your shipment. If we have not heard from you within the allotted 2 hours of receiving the shipment, we will consider your transaction complete and all responsibility is transferred to the purchases.

ZEN HABITAT SHIPPING:

All instock items ordered by 2:00pm EST will ship the next business day. They offer free shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, there is a flat rate shipping of only $5. If your order contains in-stock items and pre-order items, the in-stock items will ship first. All back-orders will ship as soon as the new inventory becomes available. Zen Habitats ships FedEx / UPS Ground from Knoxville, TN and most products arrive to you in 2-5 days. All back-orders will ship as soon as new inventory becomes available.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

Live arrival insurance coverage is available in accordance with the policy listed on the shipyourreptiles website. Live arrival guarantee is an additional service offered at the buyers expense. Reptile Revolt is not responsible for any live arrival guarantee so without electing and paying for this coverage, your purchase is not protected. Please inform us when purchasing if you'd like to include this coverage.

DEPOSITS:

Reptile Revolt may at times offer a payment plan which will require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and the payment plan will not exceed 30 days from the date the deposit is received. Any cancelation will result in forfeiture of any deposit and or payments made.
